With the Nov. 6 election quickly approaching many voters may have questions when it comes to casting ballots.
Things like how to register and where to vote are some of the many questions first and long time voters have.
Matt Dietrich, a public information officer with Illinois State Board of Elections, joined WJBC’s Scott Miller Show as he said voters often think registering to vote needs to be done in advance .
“With same day voter registration its never to late to register…I think the easiest way to register is online if you have an Illinois driver’s license or state issued non-driving ID people can get on our online voter registration application and can fill it out right on your phone or computer,” said Dietrich.
Dietrich said the next biggest question is where to vote. He recommends going online and searching “Where do I vote Illinois.”
