The Neighbors Association of Normal will meet for its Quarterly Meeting on Saturday, February 4, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the Normal Activity Center, 1110 Douglas St., Normal.

We will have Illinois State University give us an update on the Master Plan as well as continuing our discussion on future housing for students. City Manager Mark Peterson will attend and we will meet Joseph Tulley, Uptown Marketing Manager and receive an update from Normal Police Community Services Officer Amanda Street.
