Google’s Safari tracking just programming mistake?

WJBC tech expert Dean Plumadore says Google and other ad companies that have been using special code to sidestep privacy settings in Apple’s Safari browser could have simply made a programming glitch.

Google disabled the privacy-skirting code after it was contacted by The Wall Street Journal. In this interview, Plumadore also previews the iPad 3, which he expects to debut March 7.
