Illinois Wesleyan basketball dominates Monmouth

BLOOMINGTON – The Illinois Wesleyan men used a 20-4 run to open the second half and pulled away to a 77-49 win over Monmouth at Shirk Center on Tuesday.
Kevin Reed was key to the run as he scored 13 second-half points en route to 15 points and 10 rebounds, both game highs.
Illinois Wesleyan (4-0) scored the game’s first nine points against the Scots (0-2) and never trailed. All 10 Titans played who saw action scored in the win.
