IWU baseball tied for 1st in CCIW poll

NAPERVILLE – Illinois Wesleyan is the preseason co-favorite in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin baseball coaches poll released on Wednesday.
The Titans are tied with Carthage in the poll. Both teams advanced to the NCAA Tournament last season. IWU tied for the league title last season with North Park.
North Central the softball favorite
Softball coaches in the CCIW selected North Central as the favorite to win this season, followed by Carthage, defending league champion Millikin. Illinois Wesleyan came in fourth in the poll.
