Wieland advises to look for symptoms by thinking of the acronym FAST, for Face, Arms, Speech and Time.

Going to the Illinois State Fair will cost a little more this year.
Fair Director Amy Bliefnick says admission for adults will go from $5 to $7 and children and seniors ticket prices will go from $2 to $3. Bliefnick stressed that with the increase in ticket prices, fair admission is still below the national average of other state fairs.
Bliefnick ran down the line up for this year’s Illinois State Fair Grandstand entertainment with me.
