State Treasurer Dan Rutherford opens Illinois’ vault to public

Illinois Treasurer Dan Rutherford joins WJBC’s Jim Fitzpatrick to discuss public tours of the old bank vault at the Capitol in Springfield. Rutherford says the vault is used to store items of unclaimed property, like baseball cards, rare gold coins and even Elvis Presley ticket stubs. He says the free public tours will run through Friday.
