Bloomington Blaze coach Paul Gardner joined WJBC's Jim Fitzpatrick on Thursday to discuss his future with the organization.
In a release sent out this week, the organization announced Sandra Hunnewell as the sole owner of the Blaze and mentioned a possible contract extension for Gardner.
"We're very close and we'll get something done. My wife is busy house-hunting right now, so it looks like you're going to be stuck with me for awhile longer and have the Gardner family move permanently up here," Gardner said.
