ALLEN, Texas – Terrell Owens has accepted an offer to play for and have an ownership stake in the Allen Wranglers of the Indoor Football League.
The Wranglers, who open their season Feb. 25 at home, extended the offer to Owens last month. The Bloomington Edge also play in the IFL, but do not play the Wranglers in the 2012 regular season.

BLOOMINGTON – A familiar face is returning to the Bloomington Edge franchise.
Team owner Jim Morris introduced former Extreme coach Kenton Carr as the Edge's new head coach Wednesday. Carr took the Extreme to the 2008 Indoor Football League Championship game and coached the squad from 2008-10.

BLOOMINGTON – Aldermen voted Monday to approve a lease with the U.S. Cellular Coliseum’s new indoor football team, opting for stricter financial requirements while also offering an incentive to boost attendance.
The Bloomington City Council voted to approve the two-year lease (with an option for a third) with Roar LLC, owner of the Bloomington Edge. The Edge will begin its inaugural season next month, replacing the Bloomington Extreme as one of two anchor tenants at the Coliseum, along with Blaze hockey.

BLOOMINGTON – Officials say the city of Bloomington’s proposed lease with the U.S. Cellular Coliseum’s new indoor football team includes provisions that would better protect taxpayers and entice team owners to boost attendance.
The Bloomington City Council will vote on the proposed two-year lease (with option for a third year) with Roar LLC at Monday night’s meeting. Roar LLC’s principal shareholders, Jim Morris and Scott Henderson, own the Edge, a new team that is taking the place of the former Bloomington Extreme.
