Tim Jankovich, Stephanie Glance Shows: Feb. 20

NORMAL – Illinois State’s men’s and women’s basketball coaches stopped by Pub II in Uptown Normal on Monday night to chat about Redbird basketball.

Women’s coach Stephanie Glance discussed the importance of the Redbirds’ final two home games of the season, and senior guard Katie Broadway joined the broadcast as well. The Redbirds will host Wichita State and Missouri State, the only two teams ahead of them in the Missouri Valley Conference standings, on Friday night and Sunday afternoon, respectively.

The Illinois State men will also host Wichita State in one of two final games of the 2011 regular season. Coach Tim Jankovich talked about how good the Shockers have been the past few weeks. Tyler Brown also joined the show. The Redbirds will play WSU Wednesday night at Redbird Arena and finish up the season in Peoria against Bradley Saturday afternoon.
