BLOOMINGTON – WJBC’s on-air schedule Thursday includes a mid-morning chat with Illinois Lt. Gov. Sheila Simon.

Simon, a Southern Illinois Democrat, joins WJBC’s Patti Penn at 9:10 a.m., less than two weeks before Gov. Pat Quinn’s budget address in Springfield.

Earlier Thursday, Bloomington Edge and Central Illinois Drive co-owner Jim Morris chats with WJBC’s Scott and Colleen at 7:45 a.m.

Heather Young from the Children’s Discovery Museum joins Patti at 11:10 a.m. to discuss a CDM fundraising effort.

Illinois State University politics professor Bob Bradley visits WJBC’s Jim Fitzpatrick and R.C. McBride at 3:10 p.m.

And stay with Jim and R.C. at 4:10 p.m., when Bloomington Blaze hockey coach Paul Gardner skates in for an update.
