BLOOMINGTON – The Bloomington Water Department will be conducting water service repairs on West Oakland Avenue between South Madison Street and South Center Street. The repairs will begin on Tuesday.
Due to the area where the water main is located the street will be closed to through traffic. West Oakland Avenue will be closed until approximately Friday.
