Four men plead not guilty to sexual assault charges

BLOOMINGTON – Four men from Normal charged with sexually assaulting two victims have pleaded not guilty. Eugene Devine, 25, Josiah Porter, 23, Darren Yates, 23, and Elente Collins, 20, were all arraigned Friday. They're accused of sexually assaulting two victims around 3 a.m. on Jan. 25 at an apartment in the 900 block of S. University Ave.

Normal Police Chief Rick Bleichner says one of the victims was under the age of 18.

All four men will appear in court again for a status hearing on March 27. Porter has been released on $250,000 bond. Devine, Yates and Collins are still in custody.
