Over 800 people participate in Special Olympics Polar Plunge

BLOOMINGTON – Over 800 people took the plunge during the 2015 Polar Plunge.

The event was held at the lake at Miller Park Saturday morning. Several Radio Bloomington personalities, including B104's Buck Stevens, participated in the event.

In all, 830 people jumped into the icy lake. The participants raised a total of over $137,000 for Special Olympics of Illinois
