Cardinals, Illinois State baseball doubleheader on WJBC today

BLOOMINGTON – Carlos Martinez, who has three victories without a loss, takes the mound for the St. Louis Cardinals as they continue their three-game series with Central Division rival Pittsburgh beginning at 5:55 p.m. on WJBC 1230 AM.

Martinez has a 3.64 earned run average and will be opposed by Vance Worley, who is 2-2 with a 3.90 ERA.

Also, on your computer or smartphone at WJBC.com, the Illinois State baseball team plays a doubleheader at Bradley starting at 2 p.m. Friday’s game was postponed by rain.
