Cardinals matinee, Sportstalk, CornBelters on WJBC today

The St. Louis Cardinals continue their series with the Minnesota Twins today at Busch Stadium.

The Cardinals and Twins finish the first leg of their home-and-home series before moving to Target Field in Minneapolis for the final two games.

Michael Wacha (8-2) will seek his ninth win for the Cardinals. He will be opposed by righthander Kyle Gibson for the Twins.

Listen live on WJBC 1230 AM and the Cardinals Radio Network with Mike Shannon and John Rooney at 12:35 p.m.

Tim Lewis and Jim Ahart will host two hours of Sportstalk starting at 6 on WJBC 1230 AM and WJBC.com.

The Normal CornBelters will open a six-game homestand as the Traverse City Beach Bums come to the Corn Crib. The game can be heard on WJBC.com with Greg Halbleib at the mic starting at 6:20 p.m.
