Roosevelt Avenue closed at Norfolk Southern Railway for rail maintenance work

BLOOMINGTON – Due to Norfolk Southern Railway Maintenance, road closures will occur a the rail crossing on Roosevelt Avenue between Olive Street and Water Street starting June 22 through June 24. In addition, through traffic on Roosevelt Avenue is restricted between Olive Street and Mill Street. Drivers should anticipate traffic delays and consider alternate routes. Constitution Trail will remain open during maintenance.
