BLOOMINGTON – Due to Norfolk Southern Railway Maintenance, road closures and sidewalk closures will occur at the rail crossing on Western Ave. between Front St. and Washington St. starting July 10 through July 17. In addition, through traffic on Western Ave. is restricted between Front St. and Washington St. Drivers should anticipate traffic delays and consider alternate routes.
