Robert Eugene Moore, 51, of Bloomington passed away at 10:29 a.m. on July 12 at Advocate Bromenn Medical Center in Normal.
His funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Wayman African Methodist Episcopal Church in Bloomington with Reverend Charles Orr officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday at Wayman African Methodist Episcopal Church and one hour prior to the funeral service at the church on Monday. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Bloomington. Memorial contributions may be made to Wayman African Methodist Episcopal Church in Bloomington. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home is assisting family with arrangements.
Robert was born on Feb. 21, 1964 in Beloit, Wisconsin a son of Bobby and Maggie Crawford Moore.
He is survived by his parents, Bobby and Maggie Moore of Tupelo, Mississippi; a special friend, Sylvia Cooper of Bloomington; two daughters, Erica Moore of Bloomington, Angel Abbey of Springfield, Ill.; six grandchildren, Cardell, Keshawn, Machysia, Cayden, Keegan; and Kaliyah; two sisters, Shyniece (Christopher) LaShore of Atlanta, Georgia, Tanya McGregor of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; three brothers, Rodney (Gean) Hamilton of Atlanta, Georgia, Doug (Gail) Anderson of Rockford, Ill., Sylvester (Jewel) Harper of Springfield, Ill. and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Robert was first vice president of the lay organization at Wayman African Methodist Episcopal
Church in Bloomington and a member of the Trustee and Usher Board’s at the church. He was a member of the Bloomington-Normal Drivers Golf Club and enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, golfing and watching golf.

JoAnn Rouse, 87, formerly of Bloomington, passed away at 6:30 a.m., July 15 at Heritage Health in El Paso.
Her memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday at Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington with Rev. Ken Martin officiating. Interment will be in Wakefield Cemetery, Wakefield, Nebraska at a later date.

Jo Ann was born July 29, 1927 in Clearwater, Nebraska, the daughter of Verne and Ilda Magness Taylor. She married Phil Rouse on Aug. 17, 1948. He preceded her in death on April 11, 1997.
She is survived by a son, Phillip Charles (Christine) Rouse of Shawnee, Kansas, two daughters, Peggi (Bob) McCue of Norfolk, Neb. and Susan (Doug) Verplank of Bloomington; five grandsons, Anthony (Danielle) Brown, Cory (Bree) Brown, Michael Rouse, Brett Verplank and Brandon (Kayla) Harder; six granddaughters, Megan (Ben) Nissen, Ashley (Ben) Dolk, Courtney Harder, Brittany Rouse, Macie Rouse and Katherine Rouse; eleven great grandchildren; a brother, Jerry Taylor, two sisters, Peggy Chocholousek and Judy Gaeth; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Chuck Taylor.
JoAnn’s pride was receiving her B.A. in Education in 1963 and her M.A. in Education in 1968 from Wayne State College in Nebraska. She dedicated her life to the education of her students. She taught every level from kindergarten through college courses over a period of 28 years. Her favorite subject was English and she delighted in teaching Shakespeare.
JoAnn loved life and helped raise her siblings. She was an avid Husker fan. She enjoyed golfing, reading, puzzles and was a tenacious bridge player. In her later years, she loved to paint. JoAnn had a voracious memory and quest for knowledge. She liked to visit and enjoyed a good argument. Most of all, she loved her family and friends.
Ronald Woodall, 83, of Seminole, Fla., went to GLORY on July 11, in Seminole.
His funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday at First United Methodist Church, Fairbury. Pastor Arne Abrahamsen will be officiating.
Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services on Saturday at the church.

Ronald was born in Lafayette, Ind. on Oct. 23, 1931 the son of Noble and Clarice Willete Woodall, who owned the Ben Franklin Store in Fairbury from 1945-1950. They preceded him in death.
He is survived by his best friend and loving wife of 62 years, Janet Householder Woodall.
Also surviving are his three children, Becky (Bob) Jensen of Chattanooga, Tenn., Greg (Gayle) Woodall of Sioux Falls, S.D., and David Woodall of Boston, Mass.; he was a devoted grandfather of eight grandchildren, Kristina, Karissa, Rachel, Benjamin, Nicole, Taylor, Becca, and Nathan; two great-granddaughters, Amaya and Nivea; and siblings, Jess Woodall, and Loretta Rodriquez both of Tampa and Sandy Scussel of Alpharetta, Ga.
Woody grew up in Chicago and graduated from Fairbury Township High School in 1949.
He is a veteran of the United States Army and a member of Starkey Road Baptist Church in Seminole.
Woody asked Christ into his life at age 34 and God has guided him in all areas these many years.
Woody was an avid Cubs fan and he loved to travel the world with his “soul mate” and bride.
His grandchildren and great grand-daughters were the joy of his life. Whether it be watching soccer tournaments they played in, spending time on the golf links, or just relaxing on the beach during yearly vacations. His family was first and he was so proud of every one of them.
