Cardinals host Braves; CornBelters at home on WJBC

Tonight’s scheduled starting pitchers in St. Louis have a combined one career win between them.

St. Louis Cardinals’ lefthander Tim Cooney (0-0) seeks his first Major League win in his sixth career start as the Cardinals start a three-game weekend series against the Atlanta Braves at Busch Stadium. He will be opposed by Braves’ rookie lefty Manny Banuelos.
