The St. Louis Cardinals can move to 40 games over the .500 mark as they continue their three-game series against the Washington Nationals at Busch Stadium tonight.

Marco Gonzalez is scheduled to make his first start of the season tonight for the Cardinals against rookie righthander Joe Ross.

Tim Lewis will host Sportstalk at 6:10 p.m. on WJBC 1230 AM and WJBC.com.

The Normal CornBelters can clinch the team’s first ever division title as they open their final homestand of the season against the Evansville Otters. Normal’s magic number to clinch the Frontier League’s West division is down to two. The team has already clinch a playoff berth.
