The Pioneers were the only intercity team to pick up a win on Friday of week four of the WJBC High School Football Extravaganza (YNIS)

Mother Nature had more playing time than most high school football teams in central Illinois causing havoc in week four of WJBC High School Football Extravaganza.
U-High 21, Eureka 0
NORMAL-The U-High Pioneers were the only intercity team to complete its game. U-High played host to Eureka and were sparked by Jo-Jo Hughes who rushed for over 100 yards.
Hughes gave the Pioneers the lead at the 5:56 mark of the first quarter on a 14 yard run.
U-High struck again in the second half when quarterback Doug Holmes found Illinois State commit- Austin Galindo for an 18 yard touchdown pass.
Eureka couldn’t get going on offense and went three and out on each of its first five possessions of the second half.
The Pioneers scored again on a 21 yard run by Hughes to give U-High a 21-0 lead at the 6:05 mark of the fourth quarter and the win.
Peoria Richwoods @ Bloomington.
BLOOMINGTON- Peoria Richwoods traveled to Bloomington to take on the Purple Raiders. The game began with Richwoods kicking off to BHS.
Dominuqe Criddell had a 20 yard return that began to set up a drive for the Raiders. The game was sent into a rain delay with no score midway through the first quarter.
BHS and Peoria Richwoods will resume play Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
