BLOOMINGTON – Beginning on Monday, Jefferson Street will be closed to through traffic immediately west of East Street, for water main construction. Drivers should anticipate traffic delays and consider alternate routes.
Access will be maintained to all businesses and parking garages. Drivers should access Jefferson Street in this area from the west (Main Street).
