Judge Charles Reynard set to retire Dec. 31

BLOOMINGTON – 11th Judicial Circuit Judge Charles Reynard is retiring at the end of the year after 13 years as a judge.

He was also the State’s Attorney from 1987 until he was elected as a judge in 2002.

Reynard said in a statement that he’s grateful for his judicial colleagues and practitioners he’s worked with on a daily basis. He said he’s not sure what’s in store for his future, but he’s interested in teaching and finishing some writing projects.
