BLOOMINGTON – Weather permitting, on Friday, November 13, 2015, Lutz Road between Morris Ave. and the Luther Oaks Entrance will be closed for shoulder and pavement repairs from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Access to the Luther Oaks Retirement Facility will be from the north via Hamilton Road to Greenwood Ave. to Lutz Rd.
