Intercity tournament tips off high school hoops coverage on WJBC

WJBC tips off its coverage of high school basketball for the 2015-16 season with two games from the Intercity Girls Basketball Tournament at Normal West.

Normal Community (0-1) will play Central Catholic (2-0) in the opener at 6 p.m. That will be followed by the host Wildcats (0-1) taking on Bloomington (0-2).

Larry Duling and Eric Lapan will have the call on WJBC 1230 AM, WJBC.com and the WJBC app.

The Illinois State volleyball team will close out its regular season hosting Indiana State. Listen live at 7 p.m. on WJBC.com.

The Bloomington Thunder skate at the Chicago Steel. WJBC.com has the call starting at 7:15 p.m.
