The Brock Show Show returns as the Illinois State football team gears up for its playoff opener this weekend.

The Redbird coach will join WJBC’s Dick Luedke and Ted Schmitz at Schooners to preview Saturday’s FCS second round playoff game against Missouri Valley Football Conference rival Western Illinois.

The show is presented by Country Financial representatives Steve Petersen and Melissa Isenburg and by Miller Lite.

Two NFC North teams that played on Thanksgiving are staying on the Thursday schedule this week as the Green Bay Packers visit the resurgent Detroit Lions, who have won three in a row after a 1-7 start. The Packers have dropped out of five after a 6-0 start. Listen live on WJBC at 7.

The Bloomington Thunder will play the Team USA 17 and under squad. WJBC.com has the action at 6 p.m.
