Redbird women, Thunder hockey on WJBC tonight

The Illinois State women’s basketball team returns home from a three-game road trip for a pair of Missouri Valley Conference contests this weekend on Doug Collins Court at Redbird Arena.

The Redbirds will host Bradley in their annual “We Back Pat” game tonight at 7 p.m., before taking on in-state foe Loyola in their annual “PACK the Arena” game on Sunday at 2 p.m.

Nick McClintock will host Sportstalk starting at 6 on WJBC.

The Bloomington Thunder play the first of back-to-back home games against the Youngstown Phantoms tonight at U.S. Cellular Coliseum. Bloomington has won four consecutive games and 12 of their last 14 to force a tie for third place in the Eastern Conference with the Green Bay Gamblers.

WJBC.com will have the call starting at 6:45 p.m.
