Thomas C. Boitnott, 66, of Bloomington, formerly of Heyworth, passed away at 10:23 a.m. on Jan. 26 at his residence in Bloomington.

His funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington with Rev. Thad Sweet and Rev. Jarrod Longbons officiating. Visitation will be from 4-7:00 p.m. on Friday at the memorial home. Interment will be at Randolph Township Cemetery in Heyworth.

Memorials may be made to Pulmonary Hypertension Association or Doctors Without Boarders.

Tom was born on Sep. 25, 1949 in Bloomington, a son to Clark and Edith Belcher Boitnott. He married Pamela J. Schamburg on June 13, 1971 in Bloomington. She preceded him in death on Dec. 5, 2002. He married Linda J. Barnhart on Sep. 10, 2011 in Heyworth.

Surviving is his wife, Linda Boitnott of Bloomington; one son, John Thomas “J.T.” Boitnott of Normal; three step children, Justin (Jaime) Barnhart of Champaign, Emily (Thad) Sweet of Ogden and Evan (Jessica) Barnhart of Urbana; one grandson, Logan Thomas Boitnott; six step grandchildren, Jenna and Jack Barnhart, Zoey and Hadley Sweet, June and Abigail Barnhart; sister in-law, Patti (Kevin) Kinsella of Cooksville; three nieces, Colleen (Jarrod) Longbons, Katie (Adam) Stephey and Kellie (Nathaniel) Dubrabec and his companion, four legged friend, Charlie.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Tom started his grocery career during high school at Dave’s Market in Fairbury and later, he worked for Kroger and Cub Foods. He was the owner and operator of Tom’s Parkway Foods.

He was an avid supporter of the Heyworth Marching Hornets.

Margaret WeberMargaret Weber

Margaret Ann “Marge” Weber, 91, of Normal, passed away at 2:38 p.m., Jan. 25 at Heritage Health Center in Normal.

Her funeral will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday at St Mary’s Catholic Church, Bloomington with Rev. Ric Schneider officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Merna. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:30 p.m., Friday at Carmody Flynn Funeral Home with a Rosary service at 6:30. Additional visitation will be from 9:30-10:00 a.m., Saturday at the church.

Memorials can be made to St Mary’s Church or St Joseph Hospital School of Nursing Alumnai.

Margaret was born in Minonk Jan. 2, 1925. She married Francis L. Weber, her Husband of 49 years, on Feb. 23, 1946. He preceded her in death on Aug. 5, 1995.

Margaret is survived by three sons Thomas (Beth) Weber of Laguna Niguel California, John (Julie) Weber of Bloomington and Dan (Beth) Weber of Bloomington; three daughters Carol (Thom) Grantham of Huntington Beach California, Mary (Loren) Keim of Bloomington and Sharon Lamb of Normal. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren, Marie Weber, Kevin Weber, Jamie Grantham, Thomas Grantham, David Grantham, Brian Grantham, Lisa Keim, Matt (Bree) Keim Tom Keim, Danielle Lamb, Melissa Lamb, Krystal Lamb, Maggie (Jason) Moreland, Jaci (Jake) Hoeniges, Katie Weber, Melanie Weber, Austin Weber, Benjamin Weber and Claire Weber; seven great grandchildren Samantha Carr, Paige Keim, Andrew Moreland, Colin Moreland, Addison Hoeniges, Delany Hoeniges and Zane Hoeniges

She was preceded in death by her mother, Frieda Wypeski and 3 sons Michael Weber, Patrick Weber and Joseph Weber

Margaret graduated from Minonk High School, attended and graduated as a Registered Nurse from St Joseph School of Nursing in Bloomington. She worked as a Registered Nurse at St Joseph Hospital for many years and then worked as a occupational nurse at State Farm for 25 years before retiring.

Margaret was a Member of St Mary’s Catholic Church, St Mary’s Altar and Rosary Society, Patrinmar Bridge Club, Highland Park Women’s Golf Association and was a Member of St Joseph Hospital Nurses Alumni Association.

Marge also belonged to many Card Groups. She loved to golf, dancing at Tiara and the Elks, any card game, Bingo, shopping, traveling and especially spending time with her Family.

Margaret was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She had a radiant smile and will be missed dearly.
