WJBC, in partnership with Frontier Communications and Roberts Trophies, is proud to present the WJBC Athletes of the Week.

Winners for the week of March 28, 2016:

Kasadee Ifft – Prairie Central Track and Field

Kassadee won the Class 3A pole vault with a career-best 13-foot effort in the Illinois Top Times Track and Field Championships at Shirk Center.

Jackson Bronke – Normal Community Baseball

Jackson allowed no runs and only three hits in 11 and one-third innings while striking out 24 to earn a pair of pitching victories in 8-2 and 8-0 contests.
