Assistant coach Ballard to leave ISU for Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH – Former Illinois State and new Pittsburgh men’s basketball coach Kevin Stallings has reportedly added another Redbird to his staff.

Jeremy Ballard who spent the past season on Dan Muller’s staff will be joining in Stallings staff at Pittsburgh, according to CBS Sports. Stallings already added former ISU head coach Tom Richardson to his staff, according to multiple media reports.

Ballard joined the ISU staff last April after spending three seasons on Shaka Smart’s staff at VCU.
