Work to begin on U.S. 150 over White Oak Road

The Illinois Department of Transportation announces that weather permitting; work is scheduled to begin April 18, 2016 for the cleaning and painting of the structure carrying US 150 over White Oak Road northwest of Normal.

White Oak Road will be down to one lane with concrete barrier wall in place. Temporary traffic signals will be in use to help control traffic in this area.

The contractor for this $900,000 project is Venus Painting Company and the estimated completion date is October 31, 2013.
