NPD searching for missing elderly woman

NORMAL – The Normal Police Department is searching for a missing and possibly endangered elderly woman.

Police reported Betty Fetters, 90, suffers from dementia and cannot care for herself. Fetters is a white female, 4’10”, 125 lbs, with gray hair and blue eyes.

Police said she is possibly in the company of her daughter, Janice Elsner. They added It’s possible the two traveled to Indiana in a 1995 Maroon Saturn with Illinois registration V802920.
