BLOOMINGTON – Police are trying to determine if there’s a link between two shots fired incidents on the city’s west side in recent days.
Police were called to the 600 block of West Olive Street at about 5 p.m. Thursday for a report of multiple shots fired. Police say they collected evidence at the scene but no arrests have been made and no injuries were reported.
Police were also called to the area of Jefferson and Howard streets at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday for a similar report. No one was injured in that case.
Bloomington Police ask anyone with information to call the department at (309) 820-8888 or McLean County Crime Stoppers at (309) 828-1111.
