PEORIA – A victory, but not an all clear for former U.S. Rep. Aaron Schock.
After 15 months probing his campaign and office spending, a Peoria based federal grand jury has been dismissed without an indictment against the one time Republican rising star from Peoria.
There’s no comment from federal prosecutors but the case is being reviewed by a Springfield based Grand Jury. Schock’s legal team maintains he made administrative errors and did not commit a criminal act.
