NORMAL – Shelbourne Dr. between Linden St. and Beech St. will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday and remain closed until approximately Aug. 12, for a NICOR gas main relocation project.
Road will be open to local traffic between Beech St. and Oak St. A detour route will be marked using Beech, Lincoln and Linden Streets.
