WASHINGTON – Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is working with a campaign slogan of “We’re Stronger Together”.
U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis, R-Taylorville, is questioning how together Democrats are as the Democratic National Convention approached its conclusion on Thursday.
“I think we’ve seen a lot of disunity,” Davis said. “For all the talk about the Republicans not being unified coming out of Cleveland, we have seen a lot of raucous behavior and a lot of booing and hissing of candidates. I don’t know if the Democratic Party will be able to come out of this convention unified.”
On the unity front, Davis is one of the congressional Republicans who has continued to stand behind GOP nominee Donald Trump.
