BLOOMINGTON – Due to Norfolk Southern Railway maintenance, road closures and sidewalk closures will occur at the rail crossing on Washington Street between Brown Street and Morris Street starting at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
In addition, through traffic on Washington Street between Brown Street and Morris Street, will be restricted. Drivers should consider alternate routes. The street will be reopened when work is completed.
