Ex-Redbird Stewart seeks 1st win in start vs. Cubs

LOS ANGELES – Former Normal West and Illinois State standout Brock Stewart is scheduled to make his third Major League start on Sunday against the Chicago Cubs at Dodger Stadium.

Stewart was called up from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Friday after being optioned to the Minors on Aug. 15.

Stewart made his Major League debut on June 29 in a loss at Milwaukee. In two games, Stewart is 0-2 with a 11.25 earned run average in 12 innings.
