athleteoftheweek WJBC Radio, in conjunction with Meatheads of Bloomington-Normal, Clay Dooley Tire and Auto and Roberts Trophies, is proud to present the WJBC Athletes of the Week.

Winners for the week of Sept. 12, 2016:

Macy Rink – Bloomington Swimming

Macy took first in the 200 yard freestyle (1:58.18) and second in the 100 freestyle (54.60) as the Purple Raiders Bloomington took seventh in the Hinsdale South Hornet Relays at Darien.

Parker Theobald – Normal West Soccer

Parker netted hat tricks in Wildcat wins over Peoria and Pekin.
