Country names new chief financial officer

Country Financial has promoted its interim chief financial officer to the role full-time.

Miles Kilcoin has been with Country since 1984, beginning as an internal auditor and moving into senior leadership roles in accounting, agency, compliance and finance departments. Kilcoin earned a bachelor’s degree with a double major in accounting and finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and is a certified public accountant. He also serves on committees for two national industry associations.

Kilcoin will provide overall strategic direction for Internal Auditing, Corporate Investments, Corporate Controllers and Corporate Risk and Compliance. He has been interim CFO since October 2015.
