ELMHURST – Brady Rose and Trevor Siebring each scored 15 points to lead Illinois Wesleyan to a convincing 88-57 win over Elmhurst at R.A. Faganel Hall.
The Titans shot 53 percent from the field as they earned their first College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin win.

Tyler Burdine led IWU with 11 rebounds and scored seven points off the bench as IWU controlled the boards 45-32 over the Bluejays.
Seibring scored on a backdoor layup to put IWU up 55-38 with 13:04 to go. Rose nailed a three-point shot to put the Titans up 77-52 with 5:48 remaining.
IWU improves to 6-2, 1-2 in the CCIW. Elmhurst (3-5, 1-2) was led by Nathan Rogers who scored 13 points.
The Titans will play at No. 13 Washington U. on Dec. 17.
IWU women
The Titan women led briefly early in the fourth quarter before Elmhurst pulled away for an 86-80 win. Molly McGraw paced the Titans with 25 points in the loss.
