BLOOMINGTON – Betty Lois Williams, 83, of Bloomington passed away at 8:22 a.m., Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Heritage Manor, El Paso.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m., Monday, April 17, 2017, at Frankenberger Cemetery, Ellsworth. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice.
Visitation with the family will be from 12 to 2 p.m. Monday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa prior to her graveside service.
Mrs. Williams was born January 4, 1934, in Ellsworth; the daughter of Thomas and Mildred (Hayes) Clark. She married James Williams on April 3, 1954, in Bloomington. He died on August 3, 2007. Her parents also preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Alice L. (Joseph) Spencer of Bloomington; Janet K. (Jasper “Buddy”) Quain of Chenoa; one step daughter, Marcia A. Shank of Bloomington; one sister, Bernadine Sterling of Bloomington; one brother, Thomas (Pat) Clark of Bloomington; ten grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Betty was a homemaker; she also worked at J.C. Penney and General grocery. She loved flowers and enjoyed her time at the Sale Barn.
