NORMAL – Willow Street between Fell Avenue and School Street will be closed to through traffic beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday and will be closed through Friday for utility construction associated with the Lodge II apartment project.
Through traffic is urged to use College Avenue, Mulberry Street or other alternate east-west routes.
