NORMAL – The two north lanes of Shelbourne Drive from Torrey Pines Road to Henry Street will be closed starting Friday and will remain closed until the project’s completion.
The contractor’s scheduled estimates a 10-week closure. Two-way traffic will continue to be maintained in the two south lanes of Shelbourne.
The lane closure is for water main installation along Shelbourne Drive as part of an ongoing water main project.
