NORMAL – There will be a lane reduction on Willow Street at University Street starting at 7 a.m. Monday until 5 p.m. Friday.
Two-way traffic will be maintained through the intersection. The contractor may use flaggers to maintain two-way traffic if additional lane reduction is needed during work hours. Access to North University Street and Court will be from Bowles Street.
The road closure is required for the installation of a new water main.
