NORMAL – Franklin Avenue between Church Street and Hovey Avenue will be closed Tuesday through Thursday.
The road closure is for water main installation across Franklin Avenue. Franklin will be reopened to two-way traffic during nonwork hours.
Hovey Avenue from Franklin Avenue to Fell Avenue will be closed except for local traffic only from Tuesday until the completion of the water main replacement project.
