NORMAL – Franklin Avenue between Church Street and Hovey Avenue will be closed Wednesday.
The road closure is for street restoration for the water main replacement project on Hovey Avenue.
Hovey Avenue from Franklin Avenue to Fell Avenue will remain closed except for Local Traffic Only through the completion of the water main replacement.
