IWU took advantage of three Warhawk turnovers including two at Titan 1-yard line. Whitewater settled for a field goal after advancing to the 1-yard line in the second quarter.

Brandon Bauer, named the starting quarterback hours before the game, connected on a 21-yard scoring strike to Jack Healy with 3:31 left in the half to give IWU a 7-3 lead.

After Whitewater tied the game in the third quarter, Wesleyan marched 70 yards on 14 plays and took the lead for good on Bauer’s 5-yard pass to Healy in the end zone.

Whitewater advanced to the Titans 1-yard line before a bobbled snap was recovered by Trevor Keopke at the 10, enabling the Titans to run out the final 59 seconds to seal the win.

COVID-19 has made us more aware of the risk.  Going to work every day for some people means…
