WJBC Radio, in conjunction with Meatheads of Bloomington-Normal and Roberts Trophies, is proud to present the WJBC Athletes of the Week.

Amber Tomlin – Heyworth Volleyball

Amber recorded her 2,000th career assist in leading the Lady Hornets to a 3rd-place finish at the Clinton Tournament. Amber was named to the All-Tournament Team after leading the team in assists and digs.

McCade Brown – Normal West Boys Soccer

McCade, who played goaltender for most of the game, played offense late and scored the game-winning goal in the final minute of a 2-1 win over U-High to clinch a share of the Intercity Boys Soccer Tournament championship.
